The project aims at setting up structures to recruit interested youth to train for vocation alongside formal education, under the supervision of collaborative master craftsmen/women who will be appointed by Vocation on Vacation Program (VVP).

Address youth unemployment in Ghana by promoting skill development through apprenticeship programs, complementing formal education.

The ultimate goal is to ensure that that every Ghanaian youth acquires a vocation that enables him/her to earn a living regardless of what level they end in their formal education.
